About Valerie Rosser


As a licensed and registered dietitian with a professional degree in Dietetics from McGill University, Valerie Rosser has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in vegan/vegetarian nutrition. In addition to her formal training in Nutritional Science, Valerie’s 21 years as a vegan have given her an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day opportunities and challenges faced by vegans, vegetarians, and anyone else trying to eat outside the norm.

Valerie is also the proud parent of a healthy and active teenager who has been vegetarian since birth. Through her firsthand experience in plant-based pregnancy, breastfeeding, and childhood nutrition, Valerie is able to offer practical support and guidance to parents trying to provide the best possible nutrition for their babies and children.
